Charlotte Ong
Since 2003, she has been conducting training and seminars for Government Officers - taking every opportunity to evangelise, with a healthy dose of fun and laughter, the virtues of communicating clearly and engaging citizens online. Charlotte personally believes that consultants need to be able to “show” not just “tell” others how to create content that satisfies and engages citizens. Together with her band of merry consultants, Charlotte has helped over 40 agencies in the last 9 years to communicate and connect more effectively online. Today, Charlotte continues to lead teams on covert and overt missions to reinvent Government websites, web apps, intranets and social media properties. As Chef Entertainment Officer (CEO), she takes fun seriously – using both conventional and unconventional means to create awesome Government online communications.
