Investigative Interview Techniques

Synopsis
:
Interviews are often used extensively by investigators and others whose task is to establish the facts of a case or complaint. Whether used to screen applicants, elicit information from a witness or to obtain a confession, a good interview can have a significant impact on the organisation. However, if improperly conducted, the interview may be worthless or even result in serious negative consequences for the organisation.
Civil Service College presents this 3 days intensive training program which adopts an experiential approach to enable participants to have a better understanding and application of the knowledge and skills taught.
