You are a Div 1 – 3 or equivalent procurement officer who administers ITT functions in GeBIZ.

Government Electronics Business or GeBIZ Enterprise is a one-stop internet application centre where the public can interact with government officers for procurement activities and revenue tenders. With this system, public sector procurement officers will be able to perform the full spectrum of procurement activities. In this programme, you will learn to effectively use the Invitation-to-Tender (ITT) functions in GeBIZ. *Please note that this is one of five modules in the GeBIZ Enterprise suite of programmes. Tay Wee Teck Leonard
Leonard Tay holds a Masters in Instructional Design and Technology from NTU and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Degree from Washington State University under the Department of Management & Information Systems. He is also a Certified Professional in Leaning and Performance (ASTD), DISC Certified Human Behaviour Consultant (LIA/MCA) and a Project Management Professional (PMI). Leonard has been active professionally for the past 19 years with experience in the areas of Information Technology, Customer Service, Business Development and Training Consultancy. He is actively involved in servicing public sector ministries, statutory boards as well as commercial organisations. Due to his business development and technical work experience, Leonard is a versatile trainer able to effectively deliver soft skills as well as technical subject content. Besides technology related training, he has facilitated training for service and soft skills programmes such as Implementing Continuous Improvement, Managing Visitor Services, Problem Solving and Decision Making, Personal Effectiveness and Initiative and Enterprise. He is currently a trainer with IPAM, providing training services on the Government E-Business Procurement System (GeBIZ) to Civil Service procurement staff.

Richard Toh
Richard Toh is a professional trainer with at least 7 years of technology training experience. In his current capacity as an Associate IT Trainer with Learning Focus Technologies, he has been involved in conducting Technology Media Courses at NIE to equip teachers with the skills to integrate IT into their teaching and learning. Richard is also involved in conducting technology-related training at National Junior College to equip high achieving students with the skills to use computers for mind mapping and research planning in the classroom. Richard’s involvement as a technology trainer also includes providing turnkey system training for doctors and other medical staff on the use of their new Electronic Medical Systems to manage patient records electronically throughout the Singhealth Group of Hospitals.

Parvinderjeet Kaur D/O H Singh
Parvinderjeet Kaur has a Masters of Business Administration as well as a Bachelor of Science degree from the National University of Singapore.
She has over 20 years of working experience in the public and private sectors. She started training SSS and WITs programmes for IPAM in 2000. She has since expanded her suite of training programmes at IPAM to include system training (i.e. GeBIZ), language programmes and instruction manual programmes (i.e. Human Resource Management and Records Management). Parvinderjeet also trains soft skills programmes for the private sector, helping organisations develop and strengthen professional skills such as communication, teamwork, customer service, business writing, time management, creative thinking and problem-solving.
While working full time, Parvinderjeet harnessed experience in Administration, Customer Service, Project Management, Human Resource Management and Procurement.
Parvinderjeet has recently upgraded herself and successfully completed all the modules for the Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment Program under the Workforce Development Agency Training Workplace Skills Qualification Programme.
