OVERVIEW
OUTLINE
The conference is a strategic platform for local public communications practitioners and thought leaders to share latest trends and developments impacting the profession and its practices.

This year’s conference with the theme of Public Engagement in an Age of Diversity and Complexity aims to provide a platform for public service communicators as well as policy makers to understand trends in public engagement both locally and internationally. The conference will bring together thought leaders and experts who will share insights on the latest thinking and methodologies in public engagement. It will also feature two panel discussions on the strategies, resources and capabilities required for effective public engagement, as well as how government agencies can use social media for stakeholder engagement.

Come join us at the conference to better understand global best practices, participate in panel discussions, and network with fellow communications practitioners from other public sector organisations.
