What do you need as a leader to lead yourself, your teams and your organisations in a sustainable manner in the world today?

The best asset a leader has is not his skills, competencies, intelligence, or experiences - it is him as a person, and specifically his self-awareness.

With a strong awareness of self, you will make more intentional choices leading to your desired results and be better placed to serve your people and organisation.

Without a strong awareness of self, you run into the danger of reacting to the environment, your anxiety level rises and your energy depletes, unconsciously harming you and the people you work and live with.

In this programme, learn the conditions needed for your best self to turn up in life and work. Learn what is needed for you as a leader to create conditions necessary for your team members' best selves to show up. It is time to stop sabotaging yourself and creating outcomes you do not want. It is time to learn what you can do to improve your self-awareness and attain your desired outcomes. Sign up now!

Learning Outcomes:
  • Increase your awareness of the importance and relevance of investing in inner work (self-leadership) to be more effective in your outer work as a leader.
  • Enhance your consciousness of key aspects of your inner landscape, in particular:
    • your default self-narratives in reaction to external situations and how they are impacting your actions, behaviours and outcomes.
    • principles and practices of energy management for sustainable self-care.
    • identifying and claiming your natural gifts.
    • leadership "shadows" that might be limiting your growth and development.
  • Experience the disciplines of reflection, journaling, solitude and searching conversations to build capacity for self-awareness and self-knowledge.
